How do I create an account?
Open the app, tap "Sign Up," and enter your phone number, name, and a password. You will be logged in immediately.
How do I place an order?
From the home screen, tap "New Order," choose your store, enter delivery details, and confirm. You will receive notifications as your driver picks up and delivers your package.
I am a store owner — how do I join?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will create your store account and walk you through the onboarding process.
I am a driver — how do I sign up?
Contact our team. After verifying your identity and vehicle, we will activate your driver account.
How does payment work?
Cash on delivery. Pay your driver when your order arrives. Stores receive payment from us at our settlement intervals.
How can I delete my account?
Email us at support@blbost.com with your phone number and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
