Account information: Phone number, name, password (stored encrypted), and account type (customer, store, driver, or admin).
Order information: Pickup and delivery addresses, order amount, items, and notes you provide.
Location data: If you are a driver, we collect your real-time location while you are on duty so customers and dispatchers can track deliveries. Customers do not have their location tracked.
Device information: Device type, operating system, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens used to send you notifications.
Communications: Messages sent through the in-app chat between customers, drivers, stores, and admins.
Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, and timing of activity within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account.
To process and deliver your orders.
To send notifications about order status, deliveries, and important account activity.
To enable communication between parties involved in a delivery (customer, store, driver, admin).
To improve the App, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud.
To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Your Information
We share your information only as needed to operate the service:
With the parties involved in your delivery — for example, your name and delivery address are shared with the driver assigned to your order.
With service providers we use to run the App, such as Google Firebase (for notifications) and our hosting provider. These providers handle your data only on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality.
When required by law — in response to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Orders and transaction history are retained for as long as required by accounting and tax laws. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 7 business days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure HTTPS connections. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children
BL BOST is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Opt out of non-essential notifications (you can disable notifications in your device settings).
